My husband has CIDP, we have been moving towards a vegetarian diet, really trying to hyper dose veggies and fruit, but mostly cruciferous vegetables. Thinking full on vegetarian or vegan will help even more.

I don't like cheese. I tell people that I'm lactose intolerant (which I'm not) just so that they could leave me alone about it. I am trying to get better at low carb baking and I don't mind the butter because the final outcome of the cookies, for example, taste great. However, cream cheese, I don't want to use it. Does vegan cream cheese taste anything like regular cheese in anyway? Note: I only drinnk almond milk with coffee and use it, along with coconut milk for other low carb recipes, but I do stay away from regular milk. It, like regular cheese, makes me want to throw up.

Hey Craig, I'm a 33 year old female and I just got diagnosed with CIDP about 10 days ago. Sounds like we have/had a lot of the same symptoms which is nice for me to hear. This video is the most down to Earth and inspirational thing I've seen so far. I'm starting my first week of IVIG in 2 days, so I'm hopeful and anxious all at the same time. I've cut out grains, dairy, sugar, and processed foods so far. Hearing your story is really meaningful to me as I try to wrap my head around everything and figure out what my future might look like. Thanks for the video. I didn't want to use my Vitamix and leave all the good almond butter under the blades, but I wasn't sure my food processor would work. Thanks to you, now I know it will. One comment on the video itself that I have is that it would help not to push your hands so close to the camera. It's distracting and takes away from the content imho.
